Coachella, Stagecoach Festivals Drop Covid-19 Requirements

Attendees of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the Stagecoach Festival will no longer be required to show negative Covid-19 tests or proof of vaccination.

“Festival Admission Update: As we prepare to spend an incredible weekend in the desert together we are announcing that there will be no vaccination, testing or masking requirements at Stagecoach 2022, in accordance with local guidelines,” a tweet from the official Stagecoach account reads.

Both festivals are slated to return this year for the first time since 2019 after being canceled for two years due to the pandemic.

Coachella didn’t drop a similar tweet but still updated its policies, which can be found on its “Health & Safety” rules page.

Stagecoach, which is scheduled to take place on April 29 to May 1, will be headlined by Thomas Rhett, Carrie Underwood, and Luke Combs.

Coachella, held over two weekends in April, will be headlined by Kanye West, Billie Eilish, and Harry Styles.
